‘There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.’ – Maya Angelou

I understand how hard it can be to seek support for invisible, intangible inner distress. Perhaps you’re endlessly browsing self-help books online. Perhaps you’re drinking more than you know you should, or using substances to get by. Trained, one-to-one support, in a safe, confidential space separate from the pressures of your daily life, could be what you need.

In our first session, our conversation will allow me to gain a clear understanding of your situation, why you’re seeking support, and what you want to achieve. I will explain how therapy works and answer any questions you may have.

Very often, patterns of behaviour from our past insert themselves into the present and can be unhelpful in our personal and professional relationships. We can begin to be curious about those things together and begin to make meaning of why they began in the first place and what you may like to change to live more freely in the here and now.

Therapy is not always a bed of roses, and can get thorny along the way, but the rewards can be transformative.
